Happy days are here again

My family has officially left San Diego.
I’m going to enjoy it while it lasts. More visitors will be flooding in after the New Year.
I can’t really say what the status of sending my mother to Hawaii is yet. She avoided the subject all weekend.
After everyone said their goodbyes, I took a bunch of herbal supplements and napped. Only to awake to sinus issues, which I quickly followed up with Sudafed, Motrin and yet another nap.
I am feeling completely exhausted and decided against running tonight.
Instead, my evening shall be filled with laundry and two kinds of pie.
