Umm… my hair is making me crave glazed twisty donuts!
(I wrote this entry last week, but never got around to posting it. Figure I would post something that’s not so much of a downer today.)
In honor of restaurant week in NYC, or whatever it’s called. . .
I dined out at one of the most popular hot spots in the United States of America.
Yes, Chili’s.
Like no place else.
J1 and I drooled over their taste-tacular prixe fixe menu.
$9 buys you your choice of three “dipper” foods.
My menu selections:
1. Boneless Buffalo Wings with ranch and celery for dipping.
2. Spinach and Aritchoke dip with pico de gallo and white corn tortilla chips . . for dipping.
3. Delectably Deep Fried Mozarella Cheese sticks with Marinara, for dipping.
This lovely dinner was followed up by a Bacon, Egg and Cheese McGriddle meal from McD’s with a hashbrown on the side.
Vive le gourmet! Viva les foods!
Okay, I need to find someplace that makes an Orange Julius.
(Sidenote: My stomach suffered dearly for this Chili’s-fest.)

lexy, Yes! Always. I came soo close to a hot donut run. I might tomorrow a.m. and will have to then take a pic and then make a mosaic with my twisty hair and twisty donuts. :P
